积分365的密码控件无法下载

从昨天开始至今，积分365的密码控件BOCCard_Safeinput_Installer.exe一直无法下载。
" f) f% q, U5 \: V不知道各位是否也有这个问题。（以前已经安装好了的当然不受影响）
